Guidelines for cooperation between Xi'an Center and local organizers.
These guidelines apply only to this course.
1. Cooperation
Xi'an Center welcomes cooperation with organizers from around the world. We also encourage every organizer to maintain an open and supportive attitude toward other organizers, including organizers in the same city.
We believe that open communication and mutual support among organizers can benefit both organizers and participants.
2. Course Organization
All organizers are encouraged to think globally. Whenever possible, organizers may welcome participants from anywhere in the world, as long as they are able to provide the necessary support for their participants.
The course is open to participants regardless of their country or city.
3. Registration
Organizers are asked to maintain an Excel registration sheet containing the following basic participant information. You can also register participants using our multilingual registration form:Register Online

- Email Address
Please keep participant information accurate and handle all personal information appropriately and responsibly.
4. Fees & Payments
The organizer receives 40% of the course revenue, while Xi'an Center receives 60%.
Organizers may freely choose either of the following settlement methods:
Option 1 — Settlement After the Course
The organizer collects the full course fees from participants and settles the amount due to Xi'an Center after the course.
Option 2 — Estimated Settlement Before the Course
Based on the estimated number of participants and the expected total course fees, the organizer may retain approximately 40%and transfer approximately 60% to Xi'an Center before the course.
The final amount will be settled together after the course based on the actual number of participants.
Payments may be transferred to Xi'an Center either by the organizer or directly by participants.Xi'an Center may cover reasonable transfer fees when applicable.

5. Translation
This course does not provide or require live oral translation.
The course is designed to minimize the need for continuous interpretation, with simple verbal instructions supported by written translations where appropriate.
Organizers are not expected to provide translation and should not feel any pressure to do so. However, organizers who are willing to provide additional translation or language support are very welcome to do so.
6. Communication
Organizers can discuss questions and share information in the organizer group.
For important matters that require a decision, we will generally try to reach a decision within two days.
Please check the organizer group regularly and keep up with important announcements and updates.
7. Responsibilities
Organizers are expected to provide participants with reasonable support throughout the course, including helping participants understand the basic course arrangements and providing assistance when necessary.
At the same time, organizers are encouraged to work together openly and supportively whenever cooperation can benefit the participants.
