Feet together, body upright, hands hanging naturally, eyes gently closed. Relax the entire body — relax, in Chinese we say "fang song": Fang song - song, song...
Focus on the void, the qi field, and the within. (Repeat three times.)
Together, let us create a qi field — for healing, fitness, emotional harmony, and wisdom development.
Now let us repeat eight phrases to strengthen the qi field:
Ding tian li di, Xing song yi chong, Wai jing nei jing, Xin cheng mao gong, Yi nian bu qi, Shen zhu tai kong, Shen yi zhao ti, Zhou shen rong rong. (Repeat three times.)
Now gently adjust the body into the standing meditation posture.
And gently raise both hands, as if holding a qi ball in front of the abdomen. Now let's practice kai he — kai... he... kai... he...(Kai he: 20 min).
Now focus on the within where Qi is needed. — qi chong... zu, chong... zu; qi tong... chang, tong... chang; All the illnesses hua... san, hua... san, Gong neng zheng... chang, zheng.. chang... ... Hao, hao, hao! Hao la, hao la, hao la! Repeat. An jing — jing...
Thirty minutes... one hour... one and a half hours... two hours.
Now baihui lifts, the body rises naturally, bring feet together, stepping on qi, hands hang naturally. (Repeat for group healing.)
Now be ready to finish. Gather Qi with both hands and bring it back to the lower dantian, place on the navel, and rub the abdomen — counterclockwise: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9.
Reverse: 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1.
Rest quietly and nourish Qi. Separate the hands and lower them to the sides. Slowly open the eyes, and relax the body naturally. Hao, hao, hao! Hao la.
